The White Noise band is back in force.
A decade ago The White Noise band was called "the
best Rock and Roll Band in the Area" by Arts and Entertainment writer
Bruce Whitman, writing for southern Vermont's Brattleboro Reformer.
The band's popularity ranged throughout northern New England. In
the ensuing years band members left live performing to pursue writing
and recording and a variety of other musical interests. Now, guitarists,
Bud Pyatak, Charly McLoughlin, Gary Keiser and bassman George Smith
along with drummer Sean McLoughlin and keyboard player Chris Pyatak
return to live performing. New songs highlight both sweet and powerful
performances of their award winning compositions and more.
Personal, independent and homegrown says it .
There is nothing slick, manufactured or corporate about the Noise
boys and their sound. Their songs can rock you to sleep or rock
your world wide open. Gary Keiser, Bud Pyatak, Charly McLoughlin
and George Smith are the original founding members of White Noise.
Five of the six band members provide vocals. Bud Pyatak writes,
and is an extraordinary lead guitarist with a part of his soul played
out in every note. Charly McLoughlin explores matters of the heart
in many of his compositions and keeps rhythm in a singularly melodic
way whether he plays electric or acoustic. Gary Keiser is a songwriter
and plays guitar, and along with Pyatak and McLoughlin provides
masterly vocals. Smith's bass establishes a solid backbone for White
Noise while Chris Pyatak's keyboard work provides a compelling atmosphere.
Sean McLoughlin drives White Noise down every street, highway and
dirt road with precision and synchronicity.
Divergent musical tastes, delicious original compositions
and solid musicianship meet wherever White Noise plays. The result
is always worth the trek to hear honest original music that's been
written to be heard. |
